SHAPE RUNHave signed up for the Shape Run 10km on 9 Sep. The goodie bag has lots of yummy stuff. I think the Nike tee and Shape sports bag alone should be worth the $20 registration fee. Shall target to complete the run in less than 70mins, given my last 10km run of 75mins (Stanchart 2006).Dream It. Plan It. Do It.Labels: Running
